Derm’s approach has always been to start with listening to his clients. In an industry where there is a ‘rush to quote’, he believes the real magic happens when he is able to understand the wishes of his clients and then come back with ideas and solutions.
CUSTOM RENOVATION SPECIALISTS
Named one of the Top 5 Apprentice Carpenters in Ireland in the late 80’s, Derm specialized in restoring homes in Dublin, Kildare, and Meath. In 2009, during the crash of the Ireland economy, Derm was recruited to move to Newfoundland and Labrador by one of the biggest builders and developers in St. John’s. This experience allowed him to bring his wife and 2 boys to live in St. John’s and call this place home.

His dream was to once again create his own Restoration company from the ground up and focus on bringing his talents to changing the space in peoples homes. He decided to call his company after his birthplace “Kildare (Ireland) and his mission is to help people “rethink their spaces”.
He never believes any project is ‘cookie cutter’ and always comes armed with ideas to each assignment.
